I didn’t think the story was all that great. It was highly predictable and overall less interesting than KOTOR. The length obviously didn’t help. They also talked up the combat system, making it sound like it was going to be so much more indepth than it really was.
Still a very good game, I think. I’m considering getting it again on Steam.
